My Morning Habits

My Morning Habits

My morning habits have evolved over the years. I used to wake up as late as possible so I could get to school on time, then woke up at dawn to catch a bus for 30kms and an 8:00am start. I now work full-time and wake up earlier, and my early mornings often include a workout in the gym or a run. If I have time, I even read a book or two.

Plan your day

Exercise is a great way to jumpstart your day, and it can benefit your overall health, too. Researchers have shown that people who exercise daily have more energy and a more positive outlook. Although constipation is caused by several factors, one of them is low fluid intake. Drinking water in the morning can help you avoid constipation by improving the smoothness of bowel movements. Besides, drinking water during the day can help you stay healthy.

One of the best self-development books I’ve ever read is called Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy.
